School Timings : Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 3.00 pm.
Saturday – 8.30 am to 11.20 am.

The school days start with a prayer at 8.45 am. So every child is expected to arrive
at school 15 min.

Late comers are not allowed to classes we are allowing those students in
the afternoon session.

Permission will not be granted to go out in between school timings.

2.Uniform : Dress code :
Regular Uniform for Boys : Camel white shots and orange red with camel white
stripes shirt, Belt and Id card.
Regular Uniform for Girls : Camel white skirt and orange red with camel white
Stripes blouse, Belt and Badge.
Shoes : Black shoes and camel white socks.
Saturday Dress code : White and white
For Boys : Magenta Shirt and White Shots
For Girls : Magenta Shirt and White Skirt
Shoes : White canvas shoes and white socks.

All students must wear ID card and belt prescribed by the school.

They must wear colour dress only on Wednesday.

School uniform must be neat and clean. Must cut the nails and hair brushed
Well. Neatness keeps your child fresh a long the day.

The children must be care about their books. All books must be kept neat,
covered and labeled.
If they lost any book, inform it immediately to the class teachers.

3.Attendance : Regularity and Punctuality are given most importance. The pupil is
expected to attend the school regularly except in the case of illness.

If the child is suffering from any contagious disease don’t send them to school.

4.Leave Letter : In case of absence the parents must submit the leave – letter one day
before and ask permission from administrator or Head Master of C.T.

Medical certificate has to be produce for L.L., In case of prolonged sickness then Only we take care of your child in the matter of lessons, H.W. and Notes. Otherwise it is your’s responsibility.

5.All books must be kept neat covered with brown sheet for all Books, Glass sheet
for Note books and labeled.

6.Parent’s Visiting Hours: Parent’s are requested to examine the reports carefully and

Parents must maintain a decent dress code while visiting the school.

Food : Send food for Nutritious lunch ( avoid to send only snacks) to keep the children fit and healthy. Only vegetarian food will be allowed to the school. Sent clean water with cleaned lunch bag. Monday vegetables and Wednesday fruits are compulsory. Lunch should be send only in Steel box.

7.Parents are requested not to send their children to school with costly jewels, whether
it is real or artificial.

8.Cultural Programme: C.C.A encouraged students to exhibit their talents. It also helps them to get rid of their stage fear.

9. Tution : The facility of coaching classes are provided in our school. It is not compulsory those who are interested are allowed to send your child to the tuition.

16.Your child’s result will be announced on the basis of the marks obtained in annual
exam. Therefore you must review the progress of your child from the beginning and
co – operative with the concerned teacher. You should see your child’s success in
distinction of there is any draw back in your child’s progress, contact the concerned
teacher of H.M.

3.Examinations: July – Last week, August – Last week, September – Mid – Term Examination, December– Third week, February – Preparatory, March– Annual Examination.

4.Rank System: In all the exams Grade system is introduced in their results as well as progress card.

5.Maths: Practice tables, Text book – Practice to read lessons.

6.Daily observe the school –Daily and sign it.

8.The student must work regularly at home. So parents should give instruction to children about text book reading and also practice of exercise.

at school 15 min, Before the Prayer i.e.9.30 am on Saturday prayer starts at 7.50am.
so your child must be in the school at 7.40 am.
